Welcome to the home page of the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (AACDL). AACDL is a local affiliate of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). Like NACDL, the ultimate goal of AACDL is to ensure justice and due process for persons accused of crimes or other misconduct.

Reorganized in 1999, AACDL is the preeminent criminal law bar association in Arkansas. With nearly 300 members, AACDL boasts among its ranks the best criminal defense lawyers in Arkansas. In service to its members, AACDL hosts both monthly and regional CLE meetings. AACDL provides as its greatest asset a membership-exclusive listserv. The listserv’s ability to access information or advice from colleagues almost instantaneously has fostered a spirit of comradery among practitioners of criminal law in Arkansas.
