Jim Wyatt; born in Searcy, Arkansas moved to North Little Rock, Arkansas in 1983, where he graduated from North Little Rock Northeast High School. After attending college at the University of Arkansas, Jim moved back to Little Rock to attend the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. Jim and his wife moved back to North Little Rock, where they are raising their two children. When not practicing law, Jim enjoys cycling, snow skiing, hunting and playing golf.
Jim has argued before the Arkansas Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit. He has served as special judge in Pulaski County District Courts and Pulaski County Circuit Court, and has been a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) speaker at criminal law seminars. Jim serves as lead counsel in capital murder death penalty cases, as well as in all other felony cases across the state of Arkansas. In addition to his state court practice, Jim also practices in federal court. He has handled a wide range of federal criminal cases, including drug cases, white collar fraud and federal health care fraud.
